What area do you service?
We’re based in the Triad area and serve all of North Carolina! Whether your event is local or across the state, we’re happy to bring our rentals to you. Delivery within a 30-mile radius is included, and a mileage fee applies for distances beyond that to cover travel expenses.
How often should we book in advance?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and inventory. For peak seasons (spring and summer weddings, holiday events), we suggest booking 6-12 months in advance. For other events, 3-6 months is typically sufficient, though we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
Can I pick up and return items myself?
Our rentals include professional delivery and pickup to ensure everything arrives safely and on time. Self-pickup is generally not available, as this allows us to maintain quality control and provide the best service.
